If something goes wrong with your Optibike we have several ways we can manage service, for many smaller issues we will send you the replacement part and you can swap it out yourself in a few minutes. We have guides available that we will send you to make the process easy.

If the problem is more complex, we frequently work with a local bike shop nearby, and they will perform the service for you.


As for part availability down the road, we are still providing parts for the first Optibikes sold in 2007, and every model since then!
